Use of Data

How was Coverify designed?

Coverify is open source (GitHub Repository) and was developed using Spotify's Web APIs (Spotify's full and official documentation on Web APIs). By using Coverify, you agree to the use of your Spotify account data, including your streaming history, account information, and account profile picture.

Does Coverify steal my data?

Coverify does not use, sell, or store your data in anyway, except to display your magazine cover. No data is sold to third-parties or internally stored. All data remains in the browser for the duration of a session.

Linking your Spotify (login information and password) is authorized entirely through Spotify. Coverify does not have access to or store any password or login information. Please view full documentation here

How do I revoke Coverify's access to my Spotify?

If you would like to remove Coverify from having access to your Spotify:

1. Log into your Apps page
2. Click REMOVE ACCESS on any app.
